Day 1: Nairobi-Aberdare National Park
On this day, you will be picked at an agreed venue in Nairobi and driven to Aberdare National park. On arrival, you will check in and drive through the park, watching wildlife along the way to The Ark Safari Lodge. After checking in, you will have lunch and a brief rest as you enjoy the beautiful landscapes surrounding the lodge. In the evening, you will have an evening game drive till twilight. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge
Day 2: Exploring Aberdare National Park
On this day after breakfast, you will leave the lodge with a packed picnic lunch for a whole day trekking tour usually accompanied by an armed ranger. You will trek through the moorland, viewing the beautiful hills, valleys, waterfalls, and the wildlife. Dinner and overnight The Ark Safari Lodge.
Day 3: Aberdare National Park- Nairobi
On your last day, you will have a morning game drive, followed by nature walk to Karuru and Magura waterfalls. Then you will return to the lodge for lunch and a brief rest before driving back to Nairobi. On arrival, you will be transferred to the airport for your evening return flight or to an agreed venue in Nairobi.
