3 Days Masaai Mara Game Reserve Safari

A fantastic 3 days safari to one of the biggest east Africa game reserve features a drive down the escarpment via the floor of the scenic Great Rift Valley to Maasai Mara game reserve were you will spend time in search of the wildlife that’s make Maasai Mara one of the premier National park in Kenya.

Maasai Mara game reserve is famous for the integral role it plays in wildebeest migration. Which usually occurs in July and august were millions of these herbivorous move north to Serengeti in search of pastures before returning back to south again in October. It is also home of the big five: lion elephant rhino leopard among other wildlife.

This short adventure will end on the third day were will drive back to the bustling capital of Kenya-Nairobi.

Day 1: Nairobi-Maasai Mara

Departing from the capital, we drive south via the Great Rift Valley were we will stop at the view point which offers exhilarating view of the great valley, you can also buy souvenirs here after which we will proceed with our journey to Maasai Mara. Where will arrive early enough to our overnight lodge or tented camp for lunch. A few minutes rest.

In the afternoon we will have our first thrilling game drive around the park. And from a distance we can hear a chorus of different animals sounds as they communicate to each other. Dinner and overnight in the lodge or tented camp.

Day 2: Maasai Mara game reserve explore

This day we head out early in the morning for breakfast then we proceed for game drive in search of the big five inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve.Masaai Mara is a typical open savannah with woodlands hence making it suitable home to millions of amazing wildlife. You will frequent see amount of wildlife such as;baboons,topis warthogs,grey jackals, spotted hyena, bat eared foxes, impala buffaloes,zebras,elephant,among others. You will also lion either basking after meal or surveying the plains in search of food.by a chance you can be able to see leopards but it depends with the time of the day. In July and august there is exodus of wildebeest and zebras to the north from Serengeti in search of lusher grass before returning back to south again in October.Masaai Mara offers a fantastic orange tinged sunset well worth capturing on camera.

Hot air balloon trips are outstanding way of viewing the savannah plains teeming with the wildlife. Dinner and overnight at the lodge or tented camp.

Day 3: Maasai Mara-Nairobi

Early in the morning pre breakfast game drive around the park. We embark at the camp for full breakfast later we depart to Nairobi. Our safari ends on arrival to the bustling capital-Nairobi.
