3 Days Lake Nakuru safari

This shortest adventure safari will take you through the Great Rift Valley. Where you will be able to explore the  beauty of the Great Rift Valley you will see various lakes among them begin Lake Nakuru. Nakuru means “dust” or in Maasai language translation a dusty place it was named so due to its vast savannah whose soil loosens especially during the dry season. Lake Nakuru is an alkaline salt water which was formed very many years during the formation of the Great Rift Valley, Its waters attracts variety of Bird species, majority begin flamingoes others include pelicans,cormonants . The lake is known as the home millions of Pink flamingoes. The park also has other wild animals like Black and white rhino, warthog, zebras among others, it is the only park in Kenya were you will be able to see rhino at a close range also you will see the climbing lion. Due to its wide variety of wild animals it’s one of highly visited park in Kenya. The three day safari will give an opportunity of enjoying game drive and relaxation at the designated camp or budget hotel.

Day 1: Nairobi-Lake Nakuru

This 3 days journey will begin early in the morning where you will be picked up by our drivers from your town hotels to depart point. Then you proceed with the journey to Lake Nakuru, our first stop will be at the view point here you will enjoy exhilarating view of the great Rift valley take photos with the escarpments of Rift valley providing the beautiful background and also you can buy souvenirs. From here you proceed to Lake Nakuru upon arrival at the park you will have lunch, embark on afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Nakuru tented camp or any other nearby hotel.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru full explore day

The day will kick off with the pre-breakfast game drive after which you will go back to the tented camp or lodge for the full breakfast. Proceed to a tour around the park with a packed lunch, on the way you will have a chance to see animals like bamboos, monkey, leopard, buffaloes, climbing lion, among others. At the lake shore you may take photos of the pink flamingoes. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 3: Lake Nakuru-Nairobi

On this day we head out early in the morning for pre-breakfast game drive afterwards back to the lodge or tented camp for full breakfast and freshening up. Later departure from Lake Nakuru headed to Nairobi were you will be dropped to your town hotel or international airport.
