3 Days 2 Nights safari budget Masai Mara
We have designed this 3 Days 2 Nights safari on budget to Masai Mara from Nairobi to give you the most intimate exploration of the natural wonders of Kenya Maasai Mara game reserve at affordable and the best prices to explore and enjoy the Masai Mara safari. The tents are self-contained, with hot water, shower, toilet, tiled floor, clean bedding and clean towels.
Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara
Early in the morning, you will be picked up in Nairobi by the driver/guide and provide a briefing on your safari we depart for Maasai Mara , there will be a stopover at the Great Rift Valley where you can take photos of the sheer drop of the Rift Valley and then proceed to Masai Mara with stop over at Narok Town for lunch where a simple buffet of traditional Kenyan foods . Later, we'll proceed to Masai Mara arriving at your camp for check-in. Later on, you'll have an evening game drive safari in Masai Mara Park. Your overnight stay will be at Rhino Camp or Mara Sidai camp.
Day 2: Full days Masai Mara
After breakfast, you will leave for a full day game drive in Maasai Mara National Park. This is home to over 3 million large mammals. Our experienced tour guide/ driver will take you in search for the famous Big 5 among other animals: Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Elephant, Rhino, Hyena, Cheetah, Jackal, Warthog, Giraffe, Zebra, Antelope wildebeest, and various bird species. Picnic lunch will be served at Mara River as you witness the famous migration.
Visit to a Maasai Village*
An optional visit to a Masai village can be arranged after the game drive. Maasai warriors are famously known as the proud nomadic tribe whose legendary prowess in battle and single-handed acts of bravery in fights with the wild animals are known across the world. This visit gives a good tour of Maasai culture and you will be welcomed with a sing and dance presentation, which forms part of their daily lives and sacred rituals.
Day 3: Masai Mara to Nairobi
You'll have an early morning safari in Masai Mara Park, up to around 9:30 am. You'll drive back to camp for a full breakfast and official check-out. You can visit the Maasai village (optional 15$ each) and then drive back to Nairobi with lunch en route. Arrive early in the evening and drop off at your hotel.
